Though it was raining cats & dogs today, we managed to drop by Sedap Giler Cafe located at Paya Lebar. We were quite worried that we unable to dine in as from their FB & Instagram, most of the photos posted outdoor dining.
We were super happy once we reached there. There's indoor dining. Although the space is pretty small, it's cozy.
There's not much to choose from the menu - burgers, satay in a cup and curry.
We bought Chicken Satay In A Cup (ala carte). The meat was tender and juicy, soaked with delicious peanut sauce, and not to forget the ketupat. On the downside, the quantity is too little.
Irwan & I order chicken burgers but his has egg added. Every meal is serve with nachos chips & cheese dip.
From one bite, you can tell that the burger patty is hand-made. It's juicy and flavorful. I personally like the soft bread.
Oh, by the way the beverages are canned drinks. Was somehow expecting latte, mocha or any coffee drinks because of the name 'Cafe'. :$
Overall, I would give it 3/5. Service is great but food are average because of limited choice. Wish they include cakes, patries and more choices for drinks.
Nevertheless, the price is very affordable, similar to fast food pricing but better choose Sedap Giler Cafe is you are intending to eat burger. Handmade is better than factory-made burger patties. (:
