Tash Tish Tosh review

Assalamualaikum

Had my lunch with my fiance today at Tash Tish Tosh, located at Onan Road. I got to know about this place from The Halal Food Blog.

We felt welcome when the owner introduce himself and recommend us to try the MeatHead & Pepperoni pizzas and Buffalo Wings. Since I'm not a beef-eater, we decided to try the Hawaiian pizza instead and the recommended Buffalo Wings.

The menu
Besides pizzas and wings, they also served sandwiches, tempting sides like fries, brownies and etc.  To me, all the price are pretty affordable.

Hawaiian Pizza
When the owner said they make their own tomato sauce for the pizza base, he really mean it. I really like the sweet taste of the tomatoes, accompanied by juicy pineapple with generous amount of cheeze on top. I prefer this type of bread, not too thick, not too thin. Just purrrrfect! (:

A unique way to serve pizza straight from the oven

Eating the Buffalo Wings - Yum! Yum!
Sekali pandang, the Buffalo Wings looks like ayam masak merah but the taste it totally unexpected! We were expecting very spicy chicken wings coated with little sauce. Surprisingly, it has a sweet and sour taste with minor hint of spice. The tender and crispy chicken are drown into the sauce. The sauce was so good that we also dipped our pizza into it.

Us enjoying our lunch
Thanks to the owner who help us to snap the photo above.

We first thought of adding brownies and sandwhich into our order but after eating only pizza and chicken wings, we were so full.

Maybe, next time then.

I would recommend this place when you are around Geylang Serai area and felt like eating western food that are not straight from the freezer but from the chef's hand. (:
