Salam all,
Usually I will always be the first one to go out off the office 6pm on the dot; always watching the clock hand. However, recently, I'm the 2nd last to get out from the office as I have tonnes of work to do! Imagine, you have to cut 500 flyers in a day, stapled 200 sets of paper as well as fold paper to fit in the envelopes of more than 300 pieces. Not only that, I have to check email everytime to reply customer's enquiries and pick up the phone too.
Everyone seems so nice all of the sudden, especially the girl I wrote about in my previous entry. Eversince the KTV company's outing, I am getting use to the social hectic office work life there. Still, I don't feel the job satisfaction.
Tuition work has been stressful these recent weeks as their SA1 are coming. I just scolded like mad to one of my tutee so always give excuses. Okay, I admit I am a fierce tutor when it comes to discipline but when it's play-time, I losen up. Afterall, I did that because I love teaching. It's not just to come to the student's house, teach and go. I will feel I am a failure if I did not make any positive impact on a person's life. And I am so tempted to get one more student to teach.. haha.. but I know I will not get enough rest with 4 jobs now.
I guess recession time does not made an impact on me to get a job. Just don't be choosy. Coz experience matter the most rather than qualification. And though to some, the salary does matter, just remember "it's not how much money you get, it's how much money you keep."
Regards,
Rohani
