I've just completed Level 2, Day 4. And this level is 2 times harder than level 1. I start this lvl2 right after I'm done with the last day of lvl1. Though I could take it but I keep whining - ''What was that??" while sweating profusely.
I felt that Level 1 targets more to abs and thighs as there's many squats and sit ups position which I could endure. Level 2 targets more to arms and legs - lots of planking and that's so hard because I could not tahan planking for more than 20 sec with movements - my arms starts shaking and my palm turns red. Aish.. but today I have more endurance with little break.
Been working out 5 days per week, I'll make sure I hit the target of 150mins per wk. Off days I'll jog or go to the gym either before or after this workout. I did see my stomach is not as bloated as before but have to work more on my arms and thigh which are very wobbly. -_-
Have to lose weight and tone my body!!!
