Weight issues

Assalamualaikum everyone!

Alhamdulillah, we've done the booking for video/photography with D'Shootz Studio! Next week will be andaman booking. I'm relieved that what we have plan goes smoothly.

Everytime I browse booking photos/videos and to go someone's wedding, biarlah aku punye turn.. Huhu. I browse through our old photos for the past 6 years when he was 22 and I'm 18 back then. Alahai.. we were so young! Look at our faces, we were so fit and healthy looking. Now, we both are boncit and have round face. We've made a promise before naik pelamin, die-die must loose weight!

When I look at my engagement photos last year, I don't like how I look - not because of the makeup or dressing but that babat all over me. And my face that day has many hard pimple all of the sudden! Mainly, due to last min preparation where I have insufficient sleep to complete the gubahan. So, I learnt my lesson. On my wedding, I not only have to look good but feel good too.

I have put 6 kg since I met Irwan, So did he. People may not see me as fat but trust me, I tried to hide it as much as I can. I don't like to wear tight or very fitting clothes, that's why people can't see my babat. I managed to maintain my weight this year but not loosing any. My sis and I did exercise once in a while but stopped when I keep doing overtime.

We both bought a trackmill mid this year but we just sold it few weeks back because it's taking so much space in our house. On my birthday, my sister gave me BioLife Slim as a gift - a fibre drink that helps to loose weight and makes you feel full. That pack of drink lasted for a month and I have to buy it every once a month. When I asked my sis how much she bought it for, the price shocked me. I can't afford to fork out that much for every month supply. So I stopped.

My work has taken a toll of my weight. 12hrs of sitting with limited movement is indeed very unhealthy.  This year, I suffered from terrible muscle pain on my left thigh that I visit the doctor. He claimed it might be due to long hours of sitting. To make it worse, the office chairs is does not give much comfort. So every night before bed, I will do stretching to ease the pain because the muscle cream does not work.

I want to look how I was 6 years back. I must do it!
