Had a awesome day today with Irwan's cousin. I though the trip will be cancel due to heavy rain and thunderstorm in the early morning. All decided to go ahead for the trip as the weather forecast predict that Pulau Ubin is going to be sunny by noon.
Met them at Pasir Ris and headed to the boat terminal. It has been a long time since I've taken a boat ride and this is the first time I step to Pulau Ubin.

Finally, after 10 minutes boat ride we reach safely to the Pulau Ubin's shore. 
I did not expect large stray dogs wandering around. My heart pumps faster when I saw them. Fortunately, they did not disturbed the people and just looking around.
The place we rent our bikes.After 30 minutes of cycling, we were exhausted and decided to take a break at a hut.
It's been a while since I last cycled. There's many uphill steep slopes which most of us decided to just dismount the bicycle.
By 5pm, we were so tired and sweating like mad. The make things worse, the weather was really really hot. Nevertheless, we had fun taking pictures.

It was a grueling 4 hours cycle in the forest. At one point we were lost in the jungle thinking it was be a short cut route but it turn out to be the same place we went to. Had a huge dinner at Lau Pa Sat afterwards and everyone were exhausted that most of us took a cab home.
I truly had fun during the trip - what's more merrier is spending the fun with Irwan's cousins. To me, having a relationship with my bf/fiance/husband is not as fulfilling without having relationships with his family. I'm glad I had it. (:
