Economic issue or Political issue?

Salam all,

I am go going to repeat Financial Accounting. With over 20 slides per Problem and numbers filling in each slide, it really gives me a big headache. UT is on tomorrow and I am not prepare for it. Having an 'E' grade for UT1 has just given me a tight slap on my face. How I remembered, Carmelia and I was aiming for just a 'D' grade for Financial Accounting last semester. And we were over-excited once we achieve our aims, a contented D grade.

We just know in business, we are not the type of employee that will seat in one corner of the office, staring at the computer. We want to go out of the prison room and break the walls so that we can go out, meet new people, gain new opportunities and explore the world. We enjoy learning that way. However, tackling the numbers in papers is also very important to know where you stand and what it takes for the business to improve. We are not excel in it, yet.

Ouh gosh.. I am so going to repeat next year...

Both my best friends, Su and Carmelia are planning to further studies in University. Carmelia had go pursue a degree as both of her parents are highly educated. What's more, her dad is a master holder. While Su, on the other hand, excel in her Multimedia IT currently. She is doing very well in her studies, unlike Carmelia and I. I know, she can make it to University. While I...?

I told them I am going to look for a job and hopefully, have dreams to set up a business. I really wish that will happen. Both of them have concrete stuff to do after post-graduate in RP. While I am still not sure what I am going to do next. I still feel I am going to repeat one more year for Business Finance module. Die la..die la..

The newly opened Famous Amous was just set up in Lot One. I felt like quitting my job at Cheers and joining Famous Amous. I wish to have an experience in the F&B industry.

Carmelia read a book on Finance and she point out this phrase from the book,
"Inflation is never an economic issue. It's political issue."

We both agreed that it is so true. Why it should be economic issue since the government uses our money via taxes (GST). What's more, the government "steals" our money legally before we get paid. What we earn is what the government will get. Government spends what the citizens earn. And we both watch Get Real episod on Debt - where credit card users owe the banks thoudsands of dollars. Some were merely bankrupt, others went to counselling session whereby the counsellor said, "Get out of debt. Save money, clear your debt first". Carmelia said, "I wonder why financial literacy was not being taught by the counsellor".

Ok, enough Siti.

Salam,
Rohani
